The customer is responsible for the purchase of interface equipment, router, and other network equipment for their side of the circuit. CyberLynk will recommend equipment for the customer's end of the circuit. The customer has the option of purchasing this equipment from CyberLynk, or any other equipment supplier of their choice.

Each Leased Line Package Includes:

• Programming of router at customer's site to complete the interface to CyberLynk.
• Verification of circuit after installation, setup, and programming.
• 'Real-time' reporting of bandwidth usage (via WWW - private URL) - shows traffic inbound and outbound.
• 24x7 monitoring of link to the first router/server at customer's site. Optional monitoring of nodes past first router/server.
• 24x7 emergency technical support. Non-emergency tech support available during normal office hours.
• InterNIC registration for domain names and address space. Free registration
• Primary and Secondary DNS on all of your domains and IP address space.
• IP Addresses as needed. Subnets available in blocks of 2, 6, 14, 30, 62, 126, and 254 IP addresses. (multiple C blocks available too)
• IP routing as needed.

Internet Traffic Information Does your current provider allow you to see the Internet traffic your company generates on a dialy basis? CyberLynk keeps traffic graphs for every connection on our network and monitors them 5 minutes. CyberLynk customers have unlimited access to their Internet traffic graph.
